Adam had a playing career that included an England under-20 appearance and spells with clubs including Derby County, Mansfield, Carlisle, Kidderminster Harriers, Torquay, Macclesfield and Oxford - before embarking on a managerial career that’s seen him in roles at Mansfield, Boston, Barnsley, AFC Fylde and Cheltenham - from where he joined Eastbourne as manager in January of this year.
He led the Sports to a memorable escape from National League South relegation and after a squad overhaul in the summer, now has Borough near the top of the table this time around.
